A leading fintech company based in Spain is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to establish and lead their inaugural Sales Function. This role begins as a hands-on sales position, progressing into a Player/Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Craft a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the dynamics of the SEPA region.
2. Recruit, onboard, and lead the first sales team.
3. Identify key markets and customer segments within the SEPA region.
4. Develop and execute market entry strategies to establish the business as a prominent player.
5. Leverage your fintech expertise to drive market entry success.
6. Lead client acquisition efforts & build and maintain relationships with key clients in the region.
7. Draw upon your fintech network to enhance client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
8. Proven track record of selling in the FinTech Sector.
9. Ideally experience managing a small sales teams, specifically within the fintech sector.
10. Deep understanding of payments, with knowledge of SEPA regulations.
11. Strategic thinker with adaptability to navigate the dynamic fintech landscape.
