As a Financial Controller you will manage key financial processes including AR, inventory, tax compliance, and month-end close. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance with local regulations, while supporting the company’s growth in a dynamic, global environment. /pp The candidate must be based in the bu San Sebastian (Spain) area /u /b. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /pulliu Revenue Accounts Receivable Management /u - Manage the complete AR cycle from data preparation through collections. Execute monthly revenue recognition and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor AR aging balances and collaborate with internal teams to optimize collections. /liliu Inventory Supply Chain Financial Controls /u - Maintain communication with supply chain to align inventory movements with financial records. Control inventory invoicing to match physical shipments and manage related NetSuite processes. /liliu Tax Compliance Reporting /u - Partner with external tax advisors on Spanish tax compliance, including monthly VAT preparation and annual tax returns. Stay current on local tax legislation and manage tax-related issues as they arise. /liliu RD Grant Management /u - Lead the identification, application, and management of RD grant opportunities in collaboration with external consultants. Ensure compliance with grant requirements and optimize funding outcomes. /liliu Month-End Close Financial Reporting /u - Lead the monthly financial close process and review bookkeeper work including bank reconciliations and AP entries. Perform monthly controls and analytical reviews over expenses and revenues. /liliu Cash Flow Accounts Payable Management /u - Oversee AP payment processes with focus on cash flow optimization.
