We are currently looking for a Business Developer in the IT sector to join our team.
What do you need to join this project?
Language: English (B2–C1)
Location: Barcelona, Spain Hybrid model.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (market prospecting)
- Ensure project staffing needs are met with the right talent
- Manage and grow your team of consultants
- Handle client tenders and commercial proposals
- Lead recruitment processes for consultants
- Manage and monitor the P&L; of your business unit
Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.G. Business Manager, Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across different seniority levels
- Highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to overcome challenges and close deals.
- Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to make an impact.
