For an international company specializing in B2B mobility solutions, we are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in the Madrid area.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing actively to the company's growth in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the Madrid area
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
* Promote and sell tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Understand clients' needs and propose value-added solutions
* Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts
* Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution-based selling
* Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong plus: automotive fleet, leasing, transport services, logistics, technical services
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Good analytical and organizational skills
Languages
* Native Spanish
* Good command of English or Italian (spoken and written)
