Continuing steadily on our sustainable innovation path and growth journey, we are looking for aHR HEAD – PEOPLE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTAs our HR Head for People & Organizational Development, you'll play a key role in fostering employee growth, supporting organizational change, and strengthening our collaborative culture, reporting directly to the CFO.
This is a hands-on role adecuado for professionals with some years of experience who are ready to take ownership and grow with us.
What you'll doPeople Development (PD)Identify development needs at individual and team levelsCapturing the skillset of the company on the individual and team levelPlan and coordinate hiring, training, onboarding, and offboarding programsSupport talent management and succession planningHelp implement feedback and goal-setting systemsOrganizational Development (OD)Promote a shared corporate culture across bordersAdvise managers on OD topics and coach them through transitionsContribute to optimizing HR processes and structures
What you bringProfessional SkillsDegree in psychology, business administration, adult education, or similarAdditional training in HR or OD is a plusAt least 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a growing technology / product development companyFamiliarity with project and change managementPersonal SkillsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsEmpathy, assertiveness, and a collaborative mindsetAdaptability and agilityStructured, independent, and solution-oriented work styleIntercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel occasionallyLanguagesFluent in German and English (spoken and written)Additional languages (e.g., French, Italian) are a plusWhy join us?
