Overview
As a Solution Architect at Elastic, you help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. You work closely with Inside Sales to guide them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
* Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
* Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
* Deliver product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
* Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
* Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
* Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
Qualifications
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
* Experience in a technical customer‑facing role.
* Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Fluent in English.
Bonus Points
* Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) or similar technologies.
* Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search.
* Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.).
* Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
