We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth. What we’re looking for: 10 years of senior financial leadership experience. Strong background in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.). Proven experience leading M&A transactions (due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration). Experience negotiating and managing debt financing. Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds. Fluent English (C1); additional languages are a plus. Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset and hands-on attitude. What you’ll do: Define and drive the company’s financial strategy. Oversee investor reporting and manage key relationships with financial partners. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Identify and execute M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth. Partner closely with the CEO and board on high-impact decisions.
