**About the role**
We are looking for a Creative Social Media Video Editor with a versatile profile and strong aesthetic sensibility. This person will work across on-site video production, creative video editing, and basic motion graphics development.
The role is essential in bringing creative concepts to life through social-first content, ensuring that all audiovisual output feels fresh, engaging, and aligned with digital trends.
- The salary range for this position is between €23,000 and €25,000 annual gross.
**Responsibilities**:
Content Production (50%)
- Plan and shoot content in studio, outdoors, at events, and with talent.
- Manage technical setup (camera, lighting, sound) and ensure creative framing and visual quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate ideas into production-ready concepts.
Capture content tailored to social-first formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.).Video Editing (30%)
- Edit video pieces for social media and digital campaigns.
- Adapt content to multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
- Select and synchronize music appropriate to the tone and rhythm of each piece.
Ensure dynamic edits with a strong understanding of narrative flow and trends.Motion Graphics
- Create and animate simple titles, typography, transitions, and graphic elements.
Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand identity and creative direction.**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in video editing and/or production, ideally in a creative agency, content studio, or digital environment.
- Strong command of editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut) and motion software (After Effects).
- Experience working with DSLR or Mirrorless cameras, and basic lighting and audio setups.
- Strong understanding of trends and storytelling in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with creative initiative.
Updated portfolio or showreel (mandatory).
- Nice to have
- Photography skills.
- Experience directing talent on camera.
Interest in visual culture, fashion, youth culture, art, or digital trends.**Languages**
