- Experience in sales, ideally within the automotive industry
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Background in IT or technical support (valuable)
- Experience using Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge of Signavio🟡Basic Skills and Knowledge🟡
- Strong problem-solving skills with an agile mindset
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Background in user or customer support
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Solid understanding of complex business processes and comfort working with IT systems
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret system logs and monitor data effectively✨Role and Responsabilities✨
- Analyze and resolve user (sales agents) reported incidents and respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring user satisfaction
- Monitor production environments to identify and address potential issues, patterns and potentially root causes.
- Process Optimization by evaluating existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements of the current solution
- Identify potential process gaps that could enhance the agent sales process, and escalate to lifecycle.
- Create external documentation to reduce basic support requests and internal documentation to expand the knowledge base.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders (mainly IT support) to convey complex business processes in understandable terms.Want to know more?
