**Open to English-speaking candidates who live in Portugal or Spain**Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development.Telecoms, Telecoms Software, Information systems.The Sales and Account Manager is responsible for account management of a cluster of accounts with our clients' customers based in Europe, as well as pursuing new business sales opportunities across Europe or accounts that extend outside territories.The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.Core ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management- Act as primary customer contact, building long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyaltyLead Generation- Actively seek new customers using multiple methodsSales Pipeline Management- Track and manage sales process through Salesforce CRM with accurate forecasting and reportingCustomer Needs Assessment- Engage with customers and conduct market research to understand goals and challenges for tailored propositionsProblem Resolution- Address customer issues promptly to enhance the experienceStrategic Account Planning- Develop tailored account strategies aligned with customer objectives and growth opportunitiesCross-selling and Up-selling- Identify opportunities for additional sales and partner solutionsSales Closing- Negotiate terms and finalise agreements to meet/exceed sales targetsFollow-up- Maintain post-presentation communication to address questions and encourage favourable outcomesCross-team Collaboration- Work with R&D, sales, strategic accounts, marketing, and professional services teamsContract Management- Manage renewals and negotiations for mutually beneficial outcomesVoice of Customer- Represent customer interests in decision-makingAdditional Responsibilities - Help create a culture of learning, trust, and self-improvement - Maintain awareness and compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301, and GDPR regulationsKnowledge, skills and experience needed for the Account Manager / Sales Manager position;
