Job description
This position will initially require you to be in Amsterdam (the first 3-6 months) and afterwards relocate to the Barcelona. The main reason for this is the initial onboarding and training period before settling in Barcelona and represent the company locally.
Our client is seeking for a motivated and entrepreneurial (junior) commercial manager to establish and lead the commercial side of their new subsidiary in Spain.
You will initially focus on lead generation and online sales while you are located in the office in Amsterdam, this to get familiar with the business and the company and culture. \After 3-6 months you will be relocating to Barcelona area, where you will continue with lead and sales generation and creating a strategy to increase the number of valuable sales. Because it is a new company that is in the startup phase, your activities will be quite broad in the beginning, therefore being a self-starter and flexible is extremely important. This role offers the exciting prospect of evolving into the position of Commercial Director. As a key player, you will be responsible for setting up and driving the commercial success of the Spanish company. This is a challenging and exciting role, requiring a high level of proactivity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
