Overview
We are now looking for a case handler for our Cost Control Finnish department, located in Fuengirola. We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has an interest in administrative work. Working hours are mainly during daytime, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Processing and registering invoices
* Telephone service regarding invoice inquiries
* Responding to incoming emails
* Handling reminders and debt collection cases
* Assisting with calls related to roadside assistance during peak season, if needed
Qualifications
* Nativ or Fluent Finnish speaker
* Good teamwork skills – able to handle different types of people, even in situations where there is not always agreement
* High work ethic and the ability to prioritize
* Positive, solution-oriented, and goal-focused
* Excellent communication skills – able to express yourself clearly and convey information and knowledge in an easily understandable way
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Structured and orderly
* Previous experience or knowledge in accounting / bookkeeping / VAT matters is also an advantage
