Based in Barcelona, the company combines technical expertise, market insight, and a passion for creating unique scent experiences for clients worldwide.We are currently expanding our commercial team and looking for an entrepreneurial and international-minded Account Manager to help us continue developing strategic export markets.🚀 About the roleWe are looking for a strong commercial profile with a hunter mindset — someone passionate about opening new accounts, identifying business opportunities, and building their own client portfolio — while also being able to nurture and grow long-term customer relationships (farmer approach).The selected candidate will manage the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and opportunity detection to project follow-up and customer development.🚀 Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire strategic international clients
- Build and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts within the fragrances industry
- Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships
- Identify opportunities across different markets and business segments
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing conditions
- Manage projects from briefing stage to final delivery
- Coordinate internally with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Participate in international trade fairs and client visits
- Prepare commercial forecasts, reporting, and KPI follow-up🎯 Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Chemistry, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, KAM, Export Area Manager, or Business Development
- Mandatory experience in fragrances, raw materials or chemical products
- Mandatory experience managing international clients and export markets
- Fluent english level. French or other languages will be valuable.
- Strong hunter profile with business development capabilities
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in dynamic and growing environments
