Your Role as a Junior International Medical Sales Representative (Medical Devices)
In this remote role, you will lead the market introduction and sales development activities as a Sales Developer / Sales Representative for small-to-medium-sized medical device and IVD manufacturers looking to enter or expand in Europe. This is a full-time position, and you will be fractional working for 3 different medical / IVD Manufacturers as their representative with support from inside sales in small teams, leading the sales introduction in European / MENA markets.
Your role will include the development of clinical sales among hospitals and healthcare professionals, developing evaluations, cases and testimonials to build trust and reference sites. Source, qualify and manage new distribution channels, provide product trainings and demonstrations, visit and exhibit at tradeshows, visit prospects and clients (25% travel requirements) cold calling and outreaching activities to create consistent sales opportunities, market research, CRM management and strategy development and reporting.

You will be sourcing, and managing sales opportunities in international European healthcare markets among distributors and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and define target markets.
· Manage the sales activities and planning for 3 principals (Medical/IVD manufacturers)
· Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies for our clients.
· Build, manage, and maintain strong distributor relationships.
· Establish sales and connections with hospital departments, laboratories, and key stakeholders.
· Generate and manage B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
· Provide sales training and demonstrations to hospital teams and distributors.
· Track sales KPIs, manage CRM updates, and deliver performance reports.
· Travel across Europe to meet customers, support account management, and close deals.
What We’re Looking For:
· Between 3 to max 6 years of experience in international sales within the medical devices or IVD industry
· Outside field sales experience selling and managing distributor and/or direct hospital sales
· Fluency in English, Spanish and /or Italian and/or French / German, other additional European languages are a big plus.
· Proven track record of sales success;
· Strong new business development skills in researching, calling, presenting and lead generation;
· Clinical sales experience and/or familiarity with distributor networks is essential.
· Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in international business or a related field.
· Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 25%).
· Ability to work remotely with regular office visits in Amsterdam.
