Business Data Analyst role at Sage. Hybrid role – requires working 3 days a week from our Barcelona office.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data across various platforms to track behaviour, churn, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor billing activity, including payments and account status.
- Integrate and consolidate data from different sources to generate actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and perform in-depth analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Support, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proficient in Power BI and Excel, with working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience processing large datasets and creating dashboards to support analysis and business insights.
- Exposure to finance data and SaaS environments is desirable.
