We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Travel Consultant to join a growing international team in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. This customer‑focused role within the travel industry is adecuado for candidates who enjoy helping people plan and manage their journeys.

Working Schedule
The operation runs 365 days a year, including public holidays.
- Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00
- Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00
- Rotational shifts within these hours
- Public holidays are paid double
For part‑time roles (minimum 50%), candidates must work full‑time during the training period.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel‑related inquiries via phone and written communication.
- Provide accurate booking support and travel guidance.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and general travel questions.
- Deliver professional, solution‑oriented customer service.
- Work efficiently within booking and CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
- Native or C1/C2 Danish (written & spoken).
- B2 level English (written & verbal).
- Strong communication skills and service mindset.
- Comfortable working in a structured, shift‑based environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- If relocating from abroad, candidates must confirm clearly: “I will be moving on my own” or “I do not require relocation support”.
Compensation
- €1,900 gross/month.
- Up to €250 monthly performance bonus.
- Double pay for public holidays.
