The Role / Opportunity
The Cattle Supply Manager will be responsible to manage the cattle supply and achieve or surpass the physical and financial budget by the implementation of the highest standards of animal husbandry and adherence to good management principles and practices. Moreover, to manage the welfare and health of the cattle while staying at the feedlotters who are selected to buy the dairy bulls from Almarai’s farming enterprise.
The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:
* Bachelor’s degree in animal Husbandry or similar.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in the management of supply and demand herds of red meat.
* Experience in managing livestock performance and production targets.
* Strong experience in cattle management, particularly dairy-origin bulls for beef production.
* Solid knowledge of animal husbandry, health, and welfare practices.
