Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to expand Uex Swap’s partnerships, integrations, and strategic collaborations within the general crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands both B2B and community-driven growth in Web3 and can turn opportunities into long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities with wallets, DeFi protocols, fintechs, and crypto communities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads for API integrations and liquidity collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams to align partnership campaigns and launches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, project founders, and industry influencers.
- Represent Uex Swap at industry events, online panels, and ecosystem initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze partnership performance, track KPIs, and report directly to executive leadership.
- Explore and onboard strategic token or project listings aligned with UEX Capital’s ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development or partnership management in the crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of DEX/CEX mechanics, APIs, liquidity aggregation, and DeFi ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable results in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable engaging with founders, C-level executives, and key ecosystem partners.
Nice to Have
- Existing network of crypto and Web3 industry contacts.
- Experience in affiliate or integration partnerships.
- Familiarity with Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, liquidity routing, or DEX aggregators.
