We aim to change the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and characteristics of different customer channels, including independent stores, buying groups, and chains.
* Develop the contact lens category using basic tools such as customer journeys, point-of-sale materials, and data analysis.
* Execute joint business plans (JBP) defined for each key account area.
* Buid the Misight category and promote its benefits to ECPs and owners.
* Coverage planning and execution according to customer segmentation.
* Follow sales processes and determine price increases when necessary.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including ECPs, owners, and sales teams.
* Negotiate pricing and promotional activities.
* Provide value to the team and contribute to company programs.
