Overview
The Business Excellence Advisor translates Ferrer’s commercial strategy into scalable, consistent, and data-driven execution across affiliates, ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving excellence in patient and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Strategic Support and Coordination
- Translate general commercial strategy into scalable execution frameworks, ensuring effective implementation and measurable impact across affiliates.
- Foster the deployment and continuous improvement of commercial models across affiliates, ensuring consistent execution and adaptation to local market realities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and other key functions, ensuring integrated delivery and execution effectiveness.
- Strengthen product launches by operationalizing GTM frameworks and ensuring cross-functional readiness, effective execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Act as a key driver in the evolution of the commercial model, integrating Digital, Data & AI to enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Build strong partnerships across corporate and affiliate teams, ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution consistency.
Analytics and Data Strategy
- Identify and prioritize analytics-driven opportunities with commercial teams and DDAI, turning data into actionable insights to enhance performance and execution quality.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across affiliates, ensuring insights translate into actionable decisions and business impact.
CRM Strategy
- Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of CRM as a key enabler of commercial execution, aligned with customer engagement and operating models.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of CRM (planning, targeting, field activity, and performance tracking) within the commercial execution model.
- Drive adoption, consistency, and optimization across affiliates, aligning CRM, data, and execution processes in collaboration with DDAI and commercial teams.

Requirements
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.
You will rock at this role if you match with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, Project Management, or related areas (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Excellence or commercial strategic roles, including hands-on implementation of commercial frameworks, CRM process optimization, and cross-functional alignment across affiliates. Experience in pharma or in consulting supporting pharma is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
