We are looking for a Sous Chef for a 50m+ Private M / Y.
* Permanent position to start ASAP in Spain.
* Itinerary : Single season vessel cruising the Mediterranean for the Summer.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Culinary training is a big bonus.
* You will be working closely with the cook / stew, who will assist you in preparing meals for 21 crew daily.
* This position will suit a motivated, energetic and passionate chef that wants career progression.
* The ideal candidate should be confident and happy to cook for different dietary requirements.
* Should be fluent in English.
* The crew onboard live a healthy, active lifestyle.
* Total of 11 mixed nationality crew onboard and 21 within the fleet.
* Candidates should have a Seamans Discharge Book in hand.
* Salary DOE with a Standard MLC SEA.
