The Centre offers a vibrant working environment, embraces an innovative culture and commits to a can-do spirit.About The PositionThe Centre invites applications for the position of Project Officer to support the implementation of applied research and knowledge exchange projects, in particular a citywide water conservation project that targets high-consumption users in both the domestic and the non-domestic sectors.
The appointee will assist with logistical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for participant registration and managing follow-up communicationsCoordinate fieldwork schedules with participating sites and other external partiesMaintain project records, including participant agreements, inventories, and data logsSupport outreach activities and project-related eventsConduct desk researchPerform any other duties as assignedQualifications And RequirementsA recognised Bachelor's degree or aboveProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including MS Word and MS Excel)Good written and spoken communication skills in English and CantoneseAttention to details; Good interpersonal and organisational skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesWhat We OfferThe appointment will commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
