We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Corporate Solutions Department in Madrid, Barcelona, or Lisbon. You will bridge IT and business by analyzing data, assessing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights. Your responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, documenting requirements, process modeling, and developing business cases.What You Will Do
Develop and manage business analysis strategies and activities.Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.Manage requirements throughout project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment.Analyze business needs, identify improvements, and develop supporting business cases.Translate requirements into functional specifications and assess proposed solutions.Conduct post-implementation reviews and support change management efforts.Engage stakeholders, analyze data, and communicate findings using visualization tools.Support organizational change and share best practices.Define delivery schedules, lead small projects, and coordinate across teams.What We Are Looking For
University Degree in IT or Business, with 7-12 years of experience in business analysis and solution design.Experience in large companies or IT consultancies is advantageous.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand and document processes, policies, and systems.Knowledge of business strategies, processes, and enabling technologies.Certifications like BABOK, CBAP, or PMI are a plus.Fluent in English;
