Department / Project Description:
The department specializes in consultative sales of advanced electrical solutions, including medium and low voltage equipment and transformers. The role is strategic for expanding our customer base and integrating innovative technologies into the market.
Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct consultative sales of electrical equipment and transformers.
* Understand customer needs and propose technical solutions.
* Explain technical concepts clearly.
* Analyze data and perform diagnostics.
* Use tools like BFO for customer relationship management.
* Implement predictive maintenance strategies.
* Build and maintain trustful customer relationships.
* Present data supporting product quality and efficiency.
* Maintain knowledge of standards like IEC 61850 and IEC 600761.
* Develop failure prevention and equipment lifespan extension strategies.
* Apply negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Receive training in latest technologies and digital tools.
* Understand business models and transition from CAPEX to OPEX.
* Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
Candidate Profile:
* Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Available to start in May 2025 for a 1-year program.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Familiar with digital tools, sales platforms, CRM software, and data analysis.
* Open-minded, curious, communicative, proactive, autonomous, and innovative.
