Job Responsibilities
* Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues.
* Identification, analysis, evaluation and recording of key data.
* Monitoring of processes.
* Design actions to avoid issues/malfunctions for recurring.
* Identify best practices and development guides.
* Lean processes for superior performance.
* Definition and leadership of actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan.
* Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
* Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
* Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.
Location: Permanent hire can be based in Madrid.
Reports and Organization Structure: Direct reporting line into the Quality Assurance Manager.
