MBA is a plus. /lili Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort management. /lili Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting. /lili Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations. /lili Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. /lili Deep understanding of Caribbean hospitality culture. /li /ul
