Key Responsibilities
* Manage inquiries related to subscription services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
* Provide information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits to customers.
* Assist customers with subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
* Resolve issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
* Stay informed about company products and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
* Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
