Your Role
If you want to create entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go, then this is the right job for you. Working with a team of developers and artists, you will be responsible for transforming great game ideas into Facebook and mobile games.
* Lead, motivate, and evangelize a team of 7-8 people to produce an outstanding social game.
* Innovate and drive the implementation of new features and functions that enhance the game's fun, profitability, virality, and overall revolutionize the experience.
* Actively utilize business intelligence tools to apply metrics-driven development based on actual user behaviors.
* Defy the sharp competition on Facebook and in the App Store to take the game to the top 20 globally.
Job Requirements
Skills to create thrills
You understand the process of creating games and come from diverse backgrounds, such as an engineer/developer interested in economics, an economist interested in IT, or a web entrepreneur. You are a great people manager with the ability to influence others and achieve objectives. Other skills include:
* Extensive experience in the game industry.
* Expertise in SCRUM methodology.
* You are a creative genius (or aspire to be one).
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
