We are looking for a Head of Marketing Spain
who is a hands-on B2B marketing leader with a digital-first mindset and a proven track record in PR, brand building, demand generation, customer marketing, and tactical execution that drives results.
The ideal candidate will have marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably in the L&D and HR-tech space, and can translate strategy into scalable growth across the full marketing funnel—from lead acquisition to sales conversion and customer retention.
This role involves leading a dynamic, performance-driven, and creative marketing team, working closely with commercial and product stakeholders, as well as the global marketing organization. It is pivotal in shaping and executing the marketing vision of our fast-growing international company committed to helping people thrive in the global workplace.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, AI adoption, curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.
* Contribute strategic insights and direction within the international marketing team.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention.
* Coordinate high-impact marketing planning sessions and workshops to support business priorities.
* Engage in industry dialogue and lead market and competitive intelligence gathering.
* Build relationships with HR industry influencers through PR and thought leadership initiatives.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, aiding in competitive intelligence, persona development, and refining the ICP.
* Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development for content, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
* Collaborate with People & Culture to enhance employer branding.
* Drive the strategic use of AI to improve marketing efficiency and lead digital transformation.
* Design and optimize email campaigns and paid media initiatives.
* Lead ABM efforts and manage CRM data integrity.
* Plan and execute external events, webinars, and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role within an international environment.
* Strong background in B2B enterprise software marketing, with the ability to lead and develop global teams.
* Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, AI-driven marketing, SEO, social media, web analytics, SEM.
* Proficiency with CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and analytics tools like Power BI.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Comfortable with remote work tools and platforms.
