We are a Málaga-based company working with international travelers.
We are looking for a local host to support our small-group activities during the upcoming season. This freelance role is idóneo for someone outgoing, friendly, and naturally good with people — someone who smiles easily and enjoys creating a positive atmosphere.
Personality matters more than formal experience.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead small-group activities in Málaga (2–3 hours)
-Welcome guests and create a relaxed, friendly, and fun environment
-Communicate clearly and confidently in English
-Keep the group engaged and comfortable throughout the activity
-Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone
Requirements:
-Based in Málaga
-Fluent in English (mandatory)
-Strong people skills and positive energy
-Comfortable speaking to small groups (2-10)
-Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
-Registered as a freelancer (in Spain or elsewhere)
Nice to Have:
Experience in hospitality, events, tourism, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with Málaga’s social scene, food spots, or local lifestyle
What We Offer:
-Freelance compensation per experience: €40–€60 (2–3 hours, depending on experience)
