Desay SV is a global leader in automotive electronics. Our new Linares smart factory (mass production in 2026) serves European OEMs, and we need a local recruiter to build our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for local roles (production, technicians, engineers, quality, etc.).
* Source candidates via local channels, conduct interviews, manage offers and onboarding.
* Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor laws and GDPR.
* Support employer branding and talent pipeline building locally.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
* 3–5 years of local recruitment experience (manufacturing/automotive preferred).
* Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and local job markets.
* Fluent Spanish (native/bilingual) and English (C1/C2).
* Full-cycle recruiting experience, detail-oriented and results-driven.
