Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.
* Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high-performing PPC campaigns.
* Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
* Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
* Drive performance, upselling, and long-term client satisfaction.
* Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
* Languages : Native / C2 Dutch + C1 English (French is a plus)
* Education : BA / BS degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication)
* Experience : At least 1.5 years in sales, marketing, or account management
* Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-based outreach tools
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
* Benelux Market Expertise
* Understanding of local culture, business practices, and GDPR regulations
* Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
* Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance

* Salary : 23,876 gross / year + up to 3,408 annual bonus
