You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll manage, perform and ensure the activities related to Health and Safety are applied in the projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management), coordinate the Health and Safety area for Maintenance Services projects and much more.You'll specifically take care of providing technical expertise/guidance and support at every step of the project life cycle but also providing technical EHS leadership in Maintenance Services Projects.We'll look to you for:Support Site EHS manager for EHS topicsPerform EHS Risk Assessment and plan preventive activities to define appropriate measures for controlling risks for the assigned projects/depots.Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans.Coordinate and control activities with respect of EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operation areas.Develop Site EHS Management SystemDevelop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO45001).Maintains EHS files and records.EHS ComplianceEnsure compliance of the site activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions.Perform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements.Develop EHS culture in the siteInform, instruct and train employees to carry out the work in safe & environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.EHS visits to Projects and Services depotsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Experience in railway environment companies is a plus.Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001, ISO45001 ISO 50001 Internal Auditor is a plusDeep knowledge of local legal requirements.Experience in railway and/or EHS auditor is a plusSpanish native.
