You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team supporting multiple brands across different markets. As Head of Consumer Data or Data Tech Director, you’ll play a key role in enhancing consumer insights and improving the overall customer experience across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms.Responsibilities include segmenting customers, performing deep-dive analyses to support targeted campaigns, and building and maintaining dashboards for performance, CRM, and eCommerce teams.Collaborate with Data Engineering and key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability. Required skills include strong SQL and ETL pipeline experience, a background in statistics or quantitative analysis (Python or R is a plus), proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar), experience with advanced analytical models, and a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel attribution models.Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent time management, high standards of quality, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role offers the chance to participate in challenging projects within a dynamic environment, with a permanent contract from day one and a full remote work model.
