Your key responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payment of our Primos, including post payroll payments. You will develop a strong network with global and local payroll vendors, HR partners, local finance, and accounting teams.
You will have opportunities to lead or participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement, streamlining processes to deliver excellent service to our customers.

You are skilled at building, reviewing, and executing payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Validate trial runs executed by local vendors and identify discrepancies.
2. Resolve discrepancies with technical or business personnel, implement corrective measures, and retest as needed.
3. Prepare and process on-cycle payrolls.
4. Prepare and process off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages.
5. Reconcile, balance, and transmit payroll-related data via vendor and bank interfaces/reports.
6. Ensure accurate and timely payments to Primos and third parties (local authorities and vendors).
7. Respond to inquiries within service level agreements.
8. Serve as the point of contact for local payroll vendors.
9. Complete SOX controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
10. Prepare/review payroll-related journal entries and coordinate with finance and accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
11. Maintain process documentation and updates.
12. Manage the Primo Investment file and serve as POC for the Structure Cost team.
13. Lead or execute process improvement projects within the Payroll team.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country payrolls.
* Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
* Fluent in English; additional languages like French, Italian, Dutch are a plus.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
* Preferred: Prior experience in HR Payroll or Accounting; knowledge of Swiss or Belgian legislation; experience overseeing local payroll vendors.
