Job Description:
As Store Manager, you will be the driving force of your store's economic activity, working to achieve performance and sales targets. You will lead your team to meet commercial objectives set by the Operations Management and ensure the proper application of the No Stress philosophy.
Responsibilities:
1. Commerce and Customers:
o Develop the business by analyzing indicators and proposing action plans.
o Define and supervise qualitative and quantitative objectives for the store.
o Implement the Brand's Commercial Action Plan for operational excellence.
o Enhance the commercial spirit to strengthen customer experience and satisfaction.
2. Team Management:
o Lead and coordinate the store team in line with the brand's annual communication plan.
o Support the retail evolution project within your store.
o Recruit, integrate, evaluate, and develop your team to foster talent and mobility.
3. Management & Control:
o Participate in defining the store's budget.
o Analyze activity and economic and commercial indicators.
o Manage the store's P&L.
o Ensure optimal management of the P&L and coordinate with support functions.
