We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Quality Expert Spain to join our Data Enablement Team of Data Management Tribe
The responsibility of Data Management Tribe is focused on BE extremely personal and relevant BY turning data into rational and emotional benefits TO maximize value and customer engagement USING the 5 Right's principles (The right data is in the right place at the right time for the right people on the right way)
As a Data Quality Expert you will:
You will support new initiatives across the bank on activities and outputs expected to meet ING Data Quality framework.
You will ensure the right controls are implemented and executed to have clear views on data health indicators, within explanatory dashboards that support prioritization, decision making and root cause analysis.
Ensure data community involvement in definition, implementation, execution and maintenance of controls, facilitating as an expert with methodology and tooling to achieve those goals.
Propose solutions together with experts from different tribes and supported by Data Management Tribes colleagues, and ensure those solutions are implemented in a sustainable and secure way.
Contribute as a key member of the expert unit, you will provide a broad knowledge on data quality expertise, trends and capabilities available for the organization.
In collaboration with different squads and technical team, define new requirements over Data Management Framework (Checks, Reconciliations, Remediation...) and improvements to be made in the processes to achieve process excellence.
These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. SQL Knowledge
Data Quality tooling (SODA, IBM Infosphere or others such as Informatica, Collibra, SODA etc.)
5 years of experience on data quality management.
Advanced level of English.
Advanced level of Excel & Powerpoint. Microsoft Excel knowledge including files preparation and review ensuring quality of the product.
ETL foundations (Data Stage, DBT ...)
Data catalog or dictionaries experience including business terms, reference data values, and functional metadata associated to technical assets such as Oracle tables and columns Banking sector experience
Cognos, PowerBI, Microstrategy)
Certifications related to data quality.
Written skills of Spanish
SAS and Phyton Knoweledge
