Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Understand OEM prosumer product requirements and prescribe inverters and batteries.
2. Create project documentation, including energy requirements, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentations, value propositions, compliance tables, and software programming procedures.
3. Grow Prosumer Transactional Business Market Share in targeted sales areas and drive growth at OEM / EOEM accounts within the covered geography.
4. Deploy new offer launches in the field, ensuring acceptance and engagement with deployment vehicles.
5. Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance competencies around prosumer products and activate the sales cycle; work with channel partners to train staff.
6. Identify and execute technical sales activities for new customer leads and existing offers.
7. Provide engineering support during installation, including process, tools, procedures, regulatory compliance, technical interpretations, and quality assurance.
8. Coordinate with business forecasting leaders to update partners on progress.
Experience Level:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related technical/engineering degree preferred.
* Background in technical validation related to inverters and batteries.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including influencing and persuading stakeholders, active listening, and eliciting input.
* Good understanding of industrial communication systems for smart/connected systems is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholder tasks.
* Analytical, creative, effective communicator, with presentation skills.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
