In this role you will support the stability of a cloud-native payment platform by analyzing incidents and guiding efficient resolution. You will collaborate with global RND teams to improve product definitions and preventive measures. You’ll lead incident investigations, propose durable solutions, and help align maintenance efforts with business goals. This is a chance to work on a cutting-edge payments ecosystem and shape how customers experience reliable travel payments.
