As a Womenswear Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing garments aligned with Desigual's creative vision, brand DNA and business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Buying and Production to ensure collections are innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with seasonal concepts and trends.

RequirementsDegree in Fashion Design or related fieldPrevious experience of minimum 5 years in fashion designStrong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniquesAbility to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopHigh level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awarenessStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProactive attitude and strong teamwork mindsetFluent Spanish & English
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needsCreate mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collectionsResearch trends, fabrics, xqysrnh materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposalsWork closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategyFollow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrityCollaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designsPrepare technical documentation and support fittings when requiredMonitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvementsEnsure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes
