and we’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to help build the financial backbone of our business.
This is not a traditional accounting role.

We work with brands like TABASCO, Feastables, St. Dalfour and others to scale across marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, B2B) and multiple European markets.
We operate internationally with teams in the Netherlands and Spain and are currently transitioning from start-up to scale-up .

About the role
You will take ownership of day-to-day finance while also driving pricing, margin optimisation and reporting .
You’ll work closely with our founder, sales, logistics and tech teams to make sure we scale profitably — not just grow.
What you’ll do
Finance Operations
* Manage AP, AR and bookkeeping
* Run payment cycles and bank reconciliations (ING, PayPal, Amazon, Faire, etc.)
* Invoicing
* Support month-end close, compliance, VAT and other tax processes
Margin & Pricing (key part of the role)
* Build and maintain SKU-level margin models
* Analyse profitability per product, brand and channel
* Propose pricing changes and improvements
* Support promotion ROI and budget decisions
Systems & Odoo
* Act as finance key user in our Odoo implementation
* Work with our tech team to automate workflows
* Improve processes and reduce manual work
Logistics, Customs & Compliance
* Support landed cost calculations (import duties, freight)
* Work with logistics on inventory valuation
* Support EPR / packaging compliance processes
Reporting
* Build daily cash visibility (our “finance cockpit”)
* Deliver weekly margin insights and monthly reporting
Who you are
* 3–6 years experience in accounting / finance
* Strong in bookkeeping (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, VAT)
* Analytical mindset — you enjoy working with data and margins
* Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
* Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a big plus)
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Based in or near Girona (Spain)
Bonus points if you:
* Have worked with marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
* Understand inventory, logistics or landed cost accounting
* Enjoy improving processes and building systems
