Key Responsibilities
Lead the project team involved in a major tactical communications program.
Define and oversee project management methodologies, standards, and KPIs aligned with corporate strategy.
Monitor program performance (schedule, cost, risks, quality) and support executive‑level decision‑making.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Business Units to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
Prepare executive‑level status reports for senior leadership and institutional customers.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and project data across systems.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and innovation in project governance.

Your Profile
More than
7 years of experience
in project management or PMO roles, ideally in
Defense, Aerospace or complex systems .
Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Solid understanding of project management standards:
PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Proficiency with
MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
A mindset focused on structure, rigor, and continuous improvement.
