Experteer Overview In this Category Buyer role, you will shape indirect procurement across HR, facilities, and travel u0026amp; entertainment, driving category strategy and supplier performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to source sub-categories, manage SRM with key suppliers, and analyze data to unlock savings. You’ll support general initiatives like S4 transformations and RFP/e-sourcing activities, delivering value through strong supplier relationships and data-driven decisions. This is a growth position in Bacardi’s global procurement organization, focused on impactful, cross-border sourcing.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop internal networks to capture needs and lead or support sourcing initiatives for Tech u0026 Professional Services globally
- Support S4 Transformation and assist Global Category Manager with RFP building, data and market analysis, and vendor consolidation
- Engage with business stakeholders and suppliers to review and source from Preferred Suppliers (PSL)
- Negotiate local, regional and global agreements to support Bacardi stakeholders
- Maintain and upload category contracts in the global database and support lifecycle management
- Identify and track category savings opportunities and input into the savings tracker
- Review, approve or challenge Category Shopping Carts and manage supplier creation/modification/blocking via MDGResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in indirect procurement (experience in IT/IT consulting and S4 is a plus)
- University degree in Business and/or Finance and/or Engineering or related discipline
- Strong written and spoken English; Spanish is advantageous
- Ability to execute in high-volume, high-complexity environments
- Knowledge of SAP SRM, BI for spend analysis and e-sourcing platforms
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical capability for reporting and presenting recommendations
- Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders
