We are seeking a Técnico/a de Sistemas Senior DB2 LUW for the banking sector.
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office in Barcelona) / 100% Remote (outside Barcelona)
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in DB2 LUW and z/OS administration and management.
* Advanced knowledge of DB2, z/OS and Open Systems (Linux, Windows).
* Proficiency in TSO/ISPF, JCL, CLIST, and REXX.
* Experience with tuning, capacity planning, backup/recovery, DB2PM, and bufferpools.
* Experience in massive data migrations between z/OS and distributed environments.
* Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible).
DB2 LUW Tasks
* DB2 version migration.
* Instance creation and patch application.
* HADR implementation and DB2 monitoring solutions.
* Installation and customization of DB2 tools.
* Script development for data import and conversion.
DB2 Z/OS Tasks
* DB2 version migration.
* Creation and configuration of Stand Alone and DB2plex subsystems.
* ZPARM configuration, maintenance, and incident resolution.
Valued Skills
* Knowledge of other subsystems (IMS, CICS, WLM, Microfocus).
* Experience in massive data migrations.
