Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to be a part of our service department at Madrid 4S dealership (BYD + DENZA). This role is pivotal in ensuring with an excellent car-buying experience.

**Position Overview:**
- Sales support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales contracts and processing orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer inspection.
- Coordination and Follow-up:
Coordinate with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor and update vehicle inventory records. Ensure vehicles in the showroom and lot are clean, well-maintained, and displayed attractively.
- Sales Reporting:
Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data for team reviews. Prepare periodic reports to track progress towards sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- Education: High school diploma or above. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
