Location: Barcelona, Spain Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonus
About the Role
As a Norwegian‑speaking Ads Sales Executive, you will partner with Norwegian companies and agency partners to deliver tailored digital advertising strategies. You’ll work in a target‑driven environment, helping grow the client base across EMEA while delivering strong results and a high‑quality customer experience.
This role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and digital marketing in a fast‑paced international setting.
What You’ll Do
* Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners
* Develop customized, performance‑driven digital advertising strategies
* Identify opportunities to promote and upsell additional digital marketing products
* Act as a strategic consultant to help clients maximize ROI on their advertising investments
* Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
What You Bring
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* Native or C2‑level Norwegian and a high level of English
* 1‑2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or a related field
* Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
* Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
* Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
* Goal‑oriented and customer‑focused approach
* Interest in marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a willingness to learn
