Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and external partners to support hiring needs and ensure the successful execution of talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct employee follow-up and exit interviews, gathering insights and identifying opportunities to improve attraction, onboarding and engagement practices.
- Monitor key indicators related to talent attraction initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Previous exposure to talent development, learning, performance management or employee engagement initiatives will be considered a plus.
- Languages: High- intermediate level of English (B2).
