EURONET, the leading global financial technology solutions and payments provider, seeks to employ a high-caliber Operations Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure industry-leading uptime and further development of our independent ATM network across Spain, by managing internal and external resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the company's different service providers required to support the ATM network on a daily basis, including Cash-in-Transit, ATM maintenance, telecommunications, security, installation, etc.
2. Coordinate with EURONET centralized services (IT, Operations, Finance) to deploy ATMs, resolve application issues, and test new developments.
3. Lead the coordination of EURONET resources to resolve potential incidents.
4. Manage and maintain inventory of ATMs and sites in the company's databases.
5. Manage the country's budgetary forecasting for operations, hardware, and software.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree with Engineering or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management, currently holding a managerial position.
3. A proven track record in Operations or Supply Chain Management in sectors such as banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
4. Prior experience in ATM systems is an asset.
5. Proven ability in planning, issue management, and quality assurance in complex projects with various platforms and systems, including on-time delivery, budget management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
6. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Spain.
7. Legal right to work in the European Union without visa sponsorship.
