Siemens Mobility/Sqills is looking for an experienced business consultant who can translate complex problems into simple and sustainable solutions that drive business results.
We have a global client base, ranging from The Americas to a strong client base in Europe. With a global go-to-market strategy, we are continuously expanding our footprint to Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Guide Spanish‐speaking clients in modeling their business processes within the industry‐leading SaaS product S3 Passenger .
Integrate S3 Passenger into clients' IT ecosystems, including upstream channels (B2C, B2B, B2E) and downstream systems such as CRM and Revenue Management.
Conduct workshops, provide consulting, participate in presales activities, and train clients onsite—both in Spain and internationally.
Assist clients throughout implementation and production phases, ensuring solutions meet evolving passenger needs.
Collaborate with a customer‐centric team in Madrid to support Spanish‐speaking customers in both production and implementation stages.
Qualifications
University degree.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or information analyst in IT.
Experience in addressing business needs and objectives with IT solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex problems.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, with client‐centric communication skills.
Willingness to travel to clients worldwide.
International experience and ambition is a plus.
Background in development and/or information/business analysis is welcome.
