**Your Role**This position as an equipment sales engineer for Iberica Vacuum [IBVC] in Spain is a new addition to the IBVC sales team. The mission is to drive equipment market share growth for Edwards brand for IBVC, part of Atlas Copco Group, in the Madrid and Bilbao area, for all market sectors, including General Industrial, Chemical Process Industries, Research and Development, Scientific Instruments, etc.*****To succeed, you will need**- Follow, implement the country's strategic and tactical plan, and execute the activity plans in the territory under your responsibility.- Achieve and overcome the annual targets for the territory under your responsibility.- Drive equipment market share growth year on year.- Retain existing customers and expand the product portfolio sold to them- Prospect and win new customers in the prioritised market sectors- Report any customer contact/visit and any customer/market information through the tools made available (for example, Salesforce CRM / C4C)- Report and update the project pipeline through the tools made available in a timely manner to help the Country manager and BLMs to provide the Divisions with good financial and product forecasting- Gain a clear idea of market price and work with your line manager and BLMs to position our product pricing in agreement with Value Price management- Provide and report information from competitors' activities in your territory**Skills / Knowledge / Experience**- Education level: Chemical Engineering or Physics Science- Relevant Previous experience : 3-5 years in BTB equipment sales ideally in chemical-related industries- Knowledge/Skills: Commercial hunting attitude, Autonomous, Dynamic, Team Worker, Positive, CRM, MS Office- Other requirements: Spanish (writing/speaking), English fluent, frequent travelling (60%), location in the Madrid area- Location: Madrid area, office based- Geographical scope of the role: Madrid and central area plus Basque Country area- Market sectors: General Industrial, Chemical Process Industries, R&D;, Scientific Instruments- Plan, organize and maximize customer visits.- Develop territory by increasing revenue, market share and win new customers.- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a coordinated follow-up of quotations, orders and deliveries.- Work closely together with other members of the IBVC and Europe South team members, including Sales, Applications and Marketing.- Work closely with the Service Sales team to ensure that the Vacuum Technique Business Area has a homogeneous approach to the market to achieve our ambitious targets.- New Products Introduction, Focus Markets Penetration, New customers win,**In return, we offer you**Passionate people create exceptional things!At Atlas Copco we believe in challenging the status quo, always looking for a better way.
